Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

SnipX is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, customize, and share visually appealing code snippet cards optimized for social media platforms, particularly X (formerly Twitter). The service provides syntax highlighting, theme customization, and direct posting capabilities.

2. Service Plans and Pricing

Free Plan

  • 3 code snippet posts per month
  • Access to all themes and customization options
  • Watermark included on generated images
  • No payment required

Pro Plan

  • Price: $9.00 USD per month
  • 100 code snippet posts per month
  • All Free plan features
  • Watermark-free images
  • Priority support
  • Advanced analytics (when available)

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our payment processor, WayForPay:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through WayForPay. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4. Billing and Subscription Terms

Recurring Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your initial purchase date unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Subscription Activation

Upon successful payment, your Pro plan features will be activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro features until the end of the paid period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times over the following days. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will receive email notifications regarding failed payments.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Due to the nature of our digital service and instant access to Pro features, we do not provide refunds for any subscription payments, including:

  • Initial subscription purchases
  • Recurring monthly subscription renewals
  • Partial month refunds upon cancellation
  • Refunds for unused portions of the billing period

We encourage all users to try our Free plan before upgrading to Pro to ensure the service meets your needs. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

While we do not provide refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

6. Service Delivery

Digital Service

SnipX is a digital service delivered entirely online. There are no physical products or shipments. Service delivery includes:

  • Instant Access: Services are available immediately upon account creation (Free plan) or payment confirmation (Pro plan)
  • 24/7 Availability: The service is accessible at any time via web browser at snipx.devcodekit.com
  • No Download Required: All features are web-based and require no software installation
  • Generated Content: Code snippet cards are generated on-demand and can be downloaded or posted immediately

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. No refunds or credits will be provided for temporary service disruptions.

7. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must connect your X (Twitter) account to use SnipX. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
  • Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the code snippets you create and share through SnipX. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The SnipX service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Sole Proprietor Ryzhakova Yelyzaveta Serhiivna and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sole Proprietor Ryzhakova Yelyzaveta Serhiivna SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or malware that may be transmitted to or through the service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be inappropriate or harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
  • We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on the service. Your continued use of SnipX after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [JURISDICTION], except where prohibited by law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sole Proprietor Ryzhakova Yelyzaveta Serhiivna regarding the use of SnipX and supersede any prior agreements.
